Once a course is purchased and enrollment is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds
No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation, whether initiated by the student or due to any other personal circumstances.
3. Non-Transferable Enrollments
Course enrollments are strictly non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their course access or registration to another individual or to another course within Digital Height Academy.
4. Course Modifications
In exceptional cases where Digital Height Academy needs to make modifications to course schedules or content, we will communicate the changes to the affected students. However, such changes will not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict policy, Digital Height Academy reserves the right to review special cases on a discretionary basis, such as unforeseen emergencies. However, this will be determined solely by the academy, and our decision will be final.
